News Date: September 29, 2021

While the Democrats in Congress are Trying to Abolish the Space Force, The chief of Space Operations announced the transfer of Army and Navy satellite communications billets, funding, and mission responsibility to the U.S. Space Force.
At the beginning of October, some of the satellite communications responsibilities of the US Army and US Navy will officially transfer to the hands of Space Force DoD.
The move puts basically all of the DODs narrowband, wideband, and protected SATCOM under control of the U.S. Space Force.
Now all of that training, operations, acquisition, and sustainment and follow-on activities, user allocations - all of that, will be consolidated under the Space Force to create that unity of effort, and hopefully gain the ability to be more resilient, more dynamic, and ultimately more efficient with that mission set.

Ghana Launches Gold Coin to Boost Savings

The Bank of Ghana has introduced a new gold coin to enhance money-market liquidity and promote domestic savings.
Made from locally mined gold, the coin is refined to 99.99% purity.
It is issued and guaranteed by the central bank, with three available sizes: one ounce, half ounce, and quarter ounce, according to Governor Ernest Addison.
The initiative aims to strengthen Ghana's financial market and savings culture.
"The Ghana gold coin enables the Bank of Ghana to mop up excess liquidity in the banking sector and will supplement the bank's bills for liquidity management. It gives those resident in Ghana an additional avenue to invest to reap the benefits of the Bank of Ghanaâ??s domestic gold purchase program." Addison said.

Europe Prepares for Gold Standard

Europe is reportedly advancing toward a gold standard, potentially making gold a central component of its financial system.
This shift aims to stabilize economies amid inflation concerns, currency volatility, and growing distrust in fiat currency.
Central banks, particularly in Europe, are increasing gold reserves, signaling a shift in monetary policy.
This development could have major implications for global finance, impacting both currency markets and investment strategies.

Eurasian alliance plans its own gold standard

Towards the end of July, news emerged in the Russian media that Moscow and a number of its Eurasian allies are now reviewing a proposal to create an entirely new trading and pricing infrastructure for the international precious metals in order to both destroy London and New York's monopoly over global precious metals pricing and to stabilize the Russian gold market.
The basis of this new structure will be a new, specialized international precious metals brokerage headquartered in Moscow, which will rely on the MWS.
Russia is also proposing to fix prices of precious metals in the national currencies of key member countries or via a new monetary unit - such as the new BRICS currency proposed by Putin.
The price-fixing committee would include central banks and other large banks from the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).
Member states of the EEU are Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia.
The idea would be to make membership attractive to big gold players like China, India, Venezuela, Peru, and other South American countries.

Central bankers are losing the war on gold

The central bankers, Wall Street - the usual suspects - they are losing this war on gold as they have done in the 1960s, Middelkoop told the Keiser Report.
The year the author was referring to is when the London Gold Pool existed. The group was comprised of several central banks, which dumped their gold reserves to keep bullion price at $35 per troy ounce. Middelkoop says that now we can see the second London Gold Pool is failing.
